The "Seven Year Itch" themed party was old Hollywood glam, and lots of pooches dressed to kill. Our pals Party Animals planned the party and they did a great job.
Held at Metrodog in the Domain here in Austin, guests walked the red carpet and had their photos taken by the pawparazzi [aka Estevan Alfaro Photography]. Humans noshed on cupcakes from Lick It, Bite It, or Both and snacks from Silver Grill Cafe, washed down by a signature cocktail - a "Marteeny" - created in honor of the birthday boy. Four legged guests chowed down on treats and pupcake provided by It's Pawsitively Irresisitible and relaxed with canine massages from Skillful Paws.
At the end of the party everyone gathered around Teeny and sang him happy birthday. He couldn't wait to dig into his cake and as soon as I let him go he dove in headfirst! Video below:
Most importantly, we were able to raise a TON of toys for Emancipet. I can't wait to see the look on all their animals furry faces when we drop off all those boxes full of goodies!
I already can't wait until next year's birthday pawty!

It was so fun! It's fun to see you eating your cake, but I admit that I'm also a little jealous! At least I got some delicious pupcake as well. :-P
