Today was the Canine Hilton Rescue Round-Up. We had the best time! The weather was beautiful, the dogs were cute, the humans were generous & sweet- what more can you ask for? I got my first sunburn of the year, which I could have done without, but I digress! :)We sold quite a few of our 1-fur-1 toys, which means that we were able to donate quite a few! That always makes us happy. We decided to donate the toys raised to Austin Pets Alive, who also had a booth there, and their foster families. They do such fantastic work, including their take-over of the City's adoption program, and we were super happy to be able to support their efforts!
All in all, we met some fantastic new friends (of both the 2 legged & 4 legged variety!) and we can't wait to go back next year!
