For those of you who don't know, Blog Paws is basically a conference for the online pet community. It's a chance to get together, meet your pet blogger/Twitter/etc. buddies, learn, and have fun. Frugal Dougal is the top dog, no pun intended, of the online pet community. Dougal is the the CDO (chief dog officer) of paw pawty events, which are monthy virtual parties help to raise money and awareness for various animal related causes.
